Our setting is surprising... We are quietly tucked away yet convenient to everything Smoky Mountains! Although we sit off Hwy. 321 just a few blocks from the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, our location offers a unique, park-like atmosphere close to town. In the center of the complex, you'll find a covered pavilion with picnic tables, charcoal grill, basketball court and playground with level yard, and across the way a beautiful creek with plenty of seating under a canopy of shade trees. It's peaceful and inviting, and very hard to resist!
Park and Stroll to Downtown
There is plentiful, free parking at Carr's so you can enjoy a 10-minute stroll to downtown Gatlinburg for shopping, dining, and Smoky Mountain fun. Prefer to ride? Just across the creek, catch a trolley heading to Ripley's Aquarium for connections to downtown, the Arts & Crafts Community, or Pigeon Forge. With Carr's, it's all about vacation convenience.
